At Flooring Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened flooring materials. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Materials

  Securely pack the unused flooring planks, tiles, or rolls in their original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your pallet or box and drop it off at a designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger orders.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
